The right wing back has performed greatly in the last two matches and could have a chance in the first team

"I have opened a door and I will train hard to reach the first team", said Moussa Wagué to Esports SER Catalunya after the win against Cornellà. The 20-years old right wing back arrived this summer from the Belgian KAS Eupen due to his great performance during the World Cup in Russia with his national team, Senegal. There, he became the youngest African player that scored a goal in a World Cup, after the one he did against Japan.

Wagué has just played two matches because of an injury and the delay of his papers. After the win 2-1 against Cornellà, in which Wagué was one of the best, the coach Xavier García Pimienta said that "we just known him from his years in Belgium, he has played greatly and he has a promosigin future". However, the club know that they need to take his evolution with calm. Wagué is still young and it has been just two matches.

If he continues showing his speed both in attack and in defense and his great skills with the ball, Moussa Wagué's future will be nearer to the Camp Nou than to the Miniestadi.
